Here's a tip.  If you find any sort of super high profile, unreleased device, don't tell your roommates about it unless you are 100% sure they aren't going to rat you out at the slimmest chance of danger.  About one month ago, the prototype for the 4th generation iPhone was found at a bar.  The phone was then sold to the tech website, Gizmodo for a reported $8500.  It was SUCH a big deal that Steve Jobs himself called Brian Lam (of Gizmodo) asking for the phone to be returned.  Find out the rest of how your roommate can screw you over after the break.

So, as you all know, Google tried to revolutionize the way cell phones were sold.  The Nexus One, dubbed a "superphone" by Google themselves, was to be sold exclusively online directly through Google.  Not to often does a major corporation like Google throw in the towel on an endeavor like this so quickly, but in this case, I think they realized this was one thing that they weren't going to win at.  Read more after the break.

Asus's all-in-one keyboard is finally available for purchase.  If you don't know what it is, it is a keyboard sporting an Intel Atom 270 processor, 1GB of DDR2, 802.11 B/G/N wireless, gigabit LAN, bluetooth 2.1, a 5" LED touchscreen display, Windows XP Home (seriously?!), wireless HDMI out, 16GB SSD, 2 built-in speakers, microphone, and 3 USB 2.0 ports.  Pretty cool, but you decide if it's worth $599 of your hard earned cash.

There are hundreds of thousands of happy, yet not so happy iPhone toting AT&T customers.  Months ago, Consumer reports ran a survey of users of all carriers and types of smartphones.  The majority of AT&T customers who used iPhones were not satisfied with their service, yet, they were the only unsatisfied group that said that if they were given a "do-over" they would go right ahead and choose AT&T and the iPhone again anyway!  The need to torture yourself is nearly over if the source that Digitimes has is correct.  More after the break.

Droid Eris owners have been pretty upset since Verizon listed the Eris as reaching end of life "Late May".  This means there will be no further shipments of the Eris, as well as no further updates.  Luckily, Verizon did Eris owners one last favor before dropping them like your crazy ex-girlfriend:  they are rolling out the Android 2.1 update over the air.  All Eris owners should receive this update by May 16th.  Link to the Verizon update PDF and change log after the break...
